Shipping and Returns

SHIPMENTS

Shipments within Italy are made through Fan di Camilla.

Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday from 10am to 6pm. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed starting from the following Monday morning. In all cases Fan di Camilla reserves the right to postpone the shipment if events of force majeure occur.

Due to the availability of goods, orders placed on weekdays (including Saturday) can be shipped the day after the order is placed. For orders placed on Sundays or on public holidays, shipments will be made on the first working day. The payment will be charged when the order is placed. 

All customers who place an order establish a business relationship with Fan di Camilla and therefore agree to accept the delivery of their package. If, for any reason, the customer refuses the delivery or if the customer requests the return to the sender, any shipping costs, charged to Fan di Camilla, will be deducted from any refund due to the customer.

All customers who place an order establish a commercial relationship with Fan di Camilla and therefore undertake to accept the delivery of their package.

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with the products received or have simply changed your mind after receiving the Order Confirmation email, you can return them within 15 (fifteen) days after the delivery and get a refund, provided that the return is made in accordance with the following rules. 

  1. You must create a return label on the site of the SDA (Poste Italiane) courier website or a courier of your choice. 
  2. You must prepare the package by putting the products back in their original packaging (different boxes can be used, but we highly recommend recycling as much as possible) then glue the new label, making sure to cover the original label.

  3. You should deliver your package to one of the available collection points or wait for the courier to pass by on the agreed date.

  4. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been successfully returned to our warehouse and when the refund is completed.

    5. This right of withdrawal can be exercised without penalty and without the need to give reasons.
    We remind you that during the period in which the products remain in your possession, you have the responsibility to keep them safe and in good condition.

    If you return products because you have changed your mind (right of withdrawal), you will get a full refund, from which the shipping costs will be deducted.

    If the product is damaged, you will get a partial refund. The costs resulting from the extent of the damage will be deducted.

    CUSTOMIZABLE PRODUCTS CANNOT BE RETURNED.
